Forge Logistics was founded in 2018 by Jamie Keen and James “Jimmy” Rose-Shaw, two British Army veterans who brought practical leadership, discipline and operational experience into logistics.
The business grew from hands-on delivery work into a broader transport operation spanning final mile, middle mile, Class 1 HGV and dedicated van services.
That background still shapes how Forge operates today: clear standards, accountable management, practical systems and people who understand the work they are asking others to do.
