Approx. £30,660 basic per year
Illustration before tax: 365 ÷ 2 shifts at £168, including holiday within the rota at the same rate.
Four on, four off: four consecutive days off for work-life balance. Extra holiday-cover and optional tramping shifts may increase earnings, subject to availability; role rates and any eligible allowance are confirmed on allocation. Normal SOLO7 work has no night-out allowance.
Class 1 trunking between customer sites, returning home after each shift. No loading, strapping or manual handling.
