About the role

Join Forge's Amazon DSP operation delivering parcels on planned routes across the local area. You'll receive onboarding, training and induction, with ongoing support from the Forge operations team.

Pay, extras and van rental

Base pay of £133.70 per day before van rental, paid weekly.
Van rental of £5 for each day worked. This leaves £128.70 per day after van rental, before tax and excluding conditional bonuses and VAT.
Performance bonus of up to £25 extra per week when both Forge and the driver meet the qualifying performance targets.
Peak-season bonus of £8 per day worked from 1 November to 26 December.
Where applicable, 20% VAT is shown separately on invoices. VAT is not additional earnings.

Working pattern

A flexible weekly schedule, with work subject to availability. Tell us when you can start and whether you are available at weekends so the recruitment team can consider suitable shifts.

What you'll do

Deliver parcels on planned local routes.
Complete multi-drop delivery work reliably and professionally.
Work with the Forge operations team throughout your delivery day.

What you'll need

Self-employed status.
UK/EU driving licence held for at least 12 months.
Able to pass a DBS check.
Reliable, professional and comfortable with multi-drop delivery work.
