Reflecting on a Year of Growth at Forge Logistics

As we close out another year at Forge Logistics, it is the right time to reflect on how far the business has come and the foundations we have continued to strengthen.

Over the year we grew our fleet and team, expanded our middle-mile operation, streamlined the way we work and automated more of the routine administration that can slow operations down.

We also continued investing in our sites, equipment and management team, including better driver facilities and systems designed to improve day-to-day execution.

Our partnership with Amazon remains central to the business and we are grateful for their continued trust, insight and support across both last-mile and middle-mile operations.

This year alone, our last-mile operation completed 14,943 routes and delivered 4,812,419 parcels. Since Forge launched, the totals reached 98,734 routes and 24,482,836 parcels delivered.

None of that progress would be possible without the drivers, managers, support teams, contractors and partners behind the operation.

We are proud of the progress and looking forward to what comes next.
